- Visit within 24 hours
- Attend meetings with your insurer’s representatives
- Provide contractor approval to ensure your property is safe with costs initially paid by you
- Guide you on mitigating losses, salvage arrangements and minimising disruption
- Assist with calculating the overall cost of the loss
- Present the evidence on your behalf to your insurers
- Negotiate the settlement
- Resist unjustified attempts to repudiate your claim
- Offer technical support on all aspects of your claim
