Claim Handler

Our hunger for excellent customer service needs excellent discipline and negotiation skills from a Claim Manager.

You will need excellent people skills to fit in with our energetic, focused team.

This is the perfect role for a well organised, detail focused individual.


  • Keep strict oversight of the diary system
  • Ensure that Insurers are fulfilling their promises to clients
  • Work closely with insurer claims teams to make sure that our clients needs are met
  • Engage with your team members to make sure you are fully aware of the clients exact needs
  • Problem solve by involving our local network of clients to help solve client problems and challenges

Client Manager (2 Roles, Commercial & Personal Lines)

Our team needs enthusiastic team members who love building relationships with clients and insurers.

You’ll work in our energetic team and will need an ability to find and negotiate solutions for our clients.

There will be the opportunity to engage with our personalised Apprenticeship Programme to study for your Cert CII, Dip CII or ACII.

This role is generally phone (inc MS Teams/Zoom) based; with the ability to see selected clients face-to-face, involves generating income through brilliant customer service and advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and help your team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Build relationships with clients to become their trusted advisor.
  • Negotiate with insurers to get the best outcome for the client
  • Excellent & professional telephone manner

Client Manager (Support)

Have you enjoyed career in insurance already and ready for a new challenge. We have a role and team ready for somebody with technical knowledge… and an energy and passion for excellent customer service.

The role will be a mix of visiting existing and new clients and supporting the growth of the company.

There will be the opportunity to engage with our personalised Apprenticeship Programme to study for your Cert CII, Dip CII or ACII.

You should be confident in dealing with technical queries and negotiating with insurers for the very best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting team members in growing their account through excellent service and advice
  • Highlight key details of missing covers to explain and address with clients
  • Offer new policies to address gaps in the clients cover
  • Grow your account by building relationships, offering excellent service and detailed advice
  • Work with your team to obtain new clients through exceptional attention to detail, communication and negotiation skills

Client Manager (Sales)

Another role for the enthusiastic team player. For somebody who loves meeting new people and creating new relationships

You will need to have, and continually develop, a network of people who see you as an expert in helping customers with their insurance needs

Experience and the ability to bring established relationships will influence salary but is not essential

You will be tasked with developing new relationships while helping the team to maintain and grow existing relationships

You should feel confident and energised in dealing with people in social situations

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a network of people who will trust you to help their clients with their insurance and business needs
  • Meet new clients to build assurance and trust
  • Address clients issues and problems through insurance policies and connect them with the wider business community.
  • Work closely with your team to deliver prompt and suitable solutions to the clients
  • Develop your account through gaining new client relationships and maintaining current relationships
