amb Insurance have announced a brand-new joint partnership to support brain injury charity Headway North Staffordshire.
amb alongside Sempar Accountancy and CY Group have agreed to donate the cost of amb’s show court at Ace Padel to support Headway, saving the company around £1600 on court hire for their patients.
The partnership discussion started, of all places, on the padel court.
The team from Headway were attending a padel session at Ace Padel Stoke, and spoke to staff from amb, Sempar and CY Group who got to know more about the organisation and their work.

“After speaking to Samantha from Headway at Ace Padel, we got to know more about Headway plus the struggles they’ve had due to funding cuts.
“The work they do for people living with brain injuries (as we’ve seen first-hand here at Ace Padel) is incredible and deserves a spotlight shining on it. Through the joint support of amb, Sempar and CY Group, we’re hoping to make a real difference and help them care for more people across Staffordshire.
“This is just the start, with plans to increase our fundraising from October. We would encourage more local businesses to get involved and keep the fun in fundraising and help us raise funds for a very worthwhile cause.”
