Claims

We know our service is central to our success. We passionately believe that good service does not occur annually at renewal time, but all year round. We develop an ongoing relationship and the strength of this relationship is crucial in the event of a claim. We are a fully independent broker so our interests lie with you, the customer and not the insurance company.

Our experienced staff are on hand to provide advice and guidance on all types of claims. In addition, for personal and smaller claims, many insurance companies provide a 24hr claims helpline which enables you to report the claim over the phone without the hassle of any forms to fill in. In the event of a larger or a more complex claim your account executive will call out to see you. They will be able to guide you through the process of reporting the claim, advise you on dealing with loss adjusters and be present when they assess the claim if required.

Our excellent knowledge of your business and insurance needs means we can also advise you on the longer term impact of a claim, not just the here and now.
